Appointed as Eaton’s head of channels for the Middle East’s electrical sector back in 2015, Karim Refas has been responsible for the development of Eaton's channel businesses across the Middle East region.

Prior to his appointment, Karim held various roles at the company and his recent role was channel head, EMEA at Eaton, where he oversaw the delivery of Eaton's Power Management solutions for data centres to hundreds of ICT distributors and an extensive channel partner base in the region.

Karim holds a masters degree in Management and Marketing from the SKEMA Graduate School of Management in Euralille, France.
